Time is running out to sign up for the Diversity Equity and Inclusion Workshop this fall!
Now that things are getting back to “normal,” how can firms continue working on diversity, equity, and inclusion while also createingreal and lasting change for staff, collaborators, clients, communities, and the design profession? Join Co-Creating Inclusion for an interactive discussion to guide and support DEI and antiracist advocates committed to creating meaningful, substantive, and sustainable change in their firms. Attendees will leave the workshop with actionable plans to implement in their workplaces!
There are no easy answers, and we don’t have the inside track on the right way to do things—we don’t believe any of us do. But our speakers will share best practices and recommendations based on personal and professional lived experiences as women of color, and through Co-Creating Inclusion’s ongoing DEI work with companies and organizations.
